Report Pollution Violations
If you witness active pollution violations in Delhi-NCR — such as illegal open burning, construction sites operating without dust mitigation measures, visibly polluting vehicles, or industrial units violating emission norms — it is important to report these directly to the relevant authorities. While we are an educational portal and cannot take enforcement action ourselves, the following official channels can:
🏛️ CAQM Complaint Portal
The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) accepts public complaints regarding air pollution violations across the NCR region. You can file a complaint through their official website.
📱 SAMEER App
The CPCB's SAMEER (System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research) app allows citizens to check real-time air quality data and lodge complaints about pollution sources. Available on both Android and iOS.

Toll-Free Helpline: 1800-110-023
This is a 24/7 toll-free number operated by the DPCC. You can use it to report pollution violations including illegal burning, industrial emissions, and construction dust in Delhi. The helpline also handles queries related to pollution under control (PUC) certificates and environmental compliance.
In case of a medical emergency caused by severe air pollution exposure — such as acute respiratory distress, asthma attacks, or cardiac symptoms — call 112 (India's unified emergency number) or rush to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not wait for symptoms to worsen.
